Responsibilities
ISO Certified Global Manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to drive and coordinate the daily activities of the production process& process leads on all shifts.
Continual Change / Improvement Mindset required for Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Implementation - the Plant Manager must remove production constraints and allocates human and equipment resources to efficiently direct production employees to attain all production goals.
P&L , Forecasting/Budgeting - meet all annual operating plans for production, productivity and expenses.
Direct improvements in safety, product quality, service and cost efficiency throughout the plant.
Ensure that all employees follow all applicable process SOP, test methods, and EHS guidelines to ensure a safe workplace and the quality of Production batches.
Successfully motivate and lead production employees to embrace Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Culture
Provided Operation Leadership to coordinate the manufacturing process and achieve the goal of first run capability through operational efficiency.
Remove waste and constraints from the Production processes to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.

Qualifications
Demonstrated motivational leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills
Professional demeanor, leads by example, and is self-motivated
Proven results through the development of implemented cost reduction, lean and continuous improvement programs.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills are a must.
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in required in Engineering - Industrial or Mechanical- preferred

year's progressive management in a metals manufacturing environment
Leadership experience with responsibility for multiple shifts/facilities
10
years of industry experience working with highly complex metal productsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
