The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and organized reception area Punctuality Performing administrative tasks as assigned Handling mail and deliveries Handling client checkout when hiring for legal services Providing support to other departments as needed Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar administrative role Strong interpersonal and communication skills A firm knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps Proficiency in working on Apple computers:
iMac, MacBook, iPad, etc.
A desire to learn, grow, and improve Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, and other benefits.
