Vacuuming Dusting Mopping Cleaning restrooms Trash removal Other duties as necessary Must be able to pass a criminal background checkMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportationMust be able to lift 25 lbsMust be able to work well under minimal supervisionMust have strong attention to detail Qualifications o Be 18 yrs or older.
o Must pass background check and drug screen test.
o Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver license and willing to travel from site to site.
o Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hourso Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methodso Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheetso Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a teamo Excellent organizational skills a musto Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision Job Location:
